Buongiorno a tutti, è giunta l’ora dei frutti di bosco 😍😍 La mia ricetta è un dolce al cucchiaio 🥄 fresco e semplicissimo, che potete fare sia in versione vegan che non 😌BUDINO di YOGURT e FRUTTI di BOSCO 🍓❤️Da provare assolutamente, è una merenda perfetta😍
INGREDIENTI:
1 vasetto di yogurt normale o di soia (125g yogurt)
100g frutti di bosco (red fruits)
100g latte normale o di mandorla (vegetable or regular milk)
Stevia o Miele (stevia or honey)
2g agar agar
Vaniglia (vanilla)
Sciogliere l’agar nel latte di mandorla, scaldando bene in un pentolino. Versare questo composto in frullatore con lo yogurt, i frutti rossi, stevia e vaniglia. Frullate e poi mettere in apposita form, lasciando in frigo 2/3h prima di servire. Io ho aggiunto del burro di mandorle ed altri frutti freschi❤️
