SEMIFREDDO al MANGO su base di FARRO soffiato e CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE 🍫, più TOPPING al PISTACCHIO
INGREDIENTI BASE:
10g farro soffiato
25g cioccolato fondente
SEMIFREDDO:
120g mango
120g latte di mandorle
Stevia
Vaniglia
1.5g agar agar
Preparare la base fondendo il cioccolato a bagno Maria ed unendolo al farro, mescolando.
Compattare poi il tutto e porre in un coppapasta in frigo. Per la crema frullare il mango con il latte di mandorla, stevia e vaniglia, porre sul fuoco e mescolare un po’, poi aggiungere l’agar agar fino a scioglierlo. Porre in un coppapasta più piccolo di quello della base sulla base e lasciare in frigo 2/3h. Una volta che tutto sarà freddo, porre il semifreddo sulla base e coprire con burro e granella di pistacchio 😊❤️
