Ingredienti per due persone
2 calamari medi puliti
PANGRATTATO 60 gr
PARMIGIANO GRATTUGIATO 20 gr
AGLIO 1 spicchio tritato finemente
BUCCIA GRATTUGIATA DI LIMONE bio 1
OLIO EXTRAVERGINE D’OLIVA 1 cucchiaio
Zero SALE (per me) voi q.b.
PEPE NERO q.b.
Una volta puliti e lavati, i calamari vanno tagliati ad anelli, passati nella panatura di pangrattato aromatizzato con scorza di limone, aglio e parmigiano e poi cotti in forno a 180 gradi per 15/20 minuti, con un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva.
Il risultato fiale saranno dei calamari croccanti fuori e tenerissimi dentro, una variante light e gustosa dei classici calamari fritti 💪💪
