Aperifit con uova ripiene 🥚🍸

Ingredienti x 4 🥚:
– 4 uova
– 40 gr carote lessate
– 30 gr tonno super naturale
– 25 gr yogurt greco 0% grassi
– 25 gr acqua
– sale q.b

Mentre fai bollire le uova, frulla insieme le carote lessate con yogurt e acqua cosí da formare una cremina a cui bisognerá aggiungere un pochino di sale.
Dopo aver sgusciato le uova sode, dividile a metá e con un cucchiaio togli i tuorli per andarli ad aggiungere alla cremina fatta in precedenza.
Mescola bene la cremina con i tuorli e aggiungici il tonno.
A questo punto il ripieno é pronto per essere inserito nell’albume e ricreare cosí tante mezze uova ma molto piú gustose! 😋🥚
